Initial Consultation
Finding the right therapist can take time.
I won't be right for everyone. It's a very personal thing and we all work in different ways. If you think we could work well together, or that I'd be right for your child/young person, then I encourage you to get in touch for a conversation about your needs. If you are not sure, then please reach out to me anyway. I offer an initial consultation for free to give us a chance to see if I’m the right counsellor for you. If not, I may be able to help you find someone else.

Individual Counselling
Often referred to as 'talking therapy', counselling strives to develop understanding, personal growth and healing through the client-counsellor relationship. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we need a safe space to talk.
Counselling offers a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, understand your emotions, and begin to heal.
Together, we’ll create space to uncover the tools you need to manage stress, embrace change, and nurture your emotional well-being. I’ll be here—listening without judgment and walking alongside you as you move forward.
In our counselling sessions, my goal is to offer fresh perspectives, practical coping strategies, and support.
Counselling can help you with:
-
Struggling to feel understood or heard by friends and family, leading to feelings of isolation.
-
Feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed by emotions and unable to find a way forward.
-
Difficulty Managing Stress/daily life challenges effectively.
I am BACP accredited, working with adults and young people, face to face, by phone and online.

Clinical Supervision
Supervision That Supports & Strengthens Practice:
Supervision is a vital space for counsellors to reflect on their work, deepen understanding, and grow with confidence. I offer a confidential, collaborative environment where you can explore your practice openly and feel supported in your role.
Grounded in the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model (Hawkins & Shohet, 2012), our sessions will focus on:
-
The therapeutic relationship from multiple perspectives
-
Your personal experience within sessions
-
The broader context that shapes your work including your own wellbeing
Together, we’ll ensure you're working safely, ethically, and sustainably—nurturing your development as both a professional and a person.
My Background as a Supervisor:
I bring a wealth of experience working with children, young people, and adults across schools, charities, and private practice. I’ve provided both short- and long-term counselling, face to face, online, and by phone. I’ve managed a counselling service within a school and currently provide supervision to school mental health practitioners and school counselling service managers as well as counselling students at university.
The Right Fit Matters:
As with any therapeutic relationship, supervision should feel right. If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
